Once you've selected a property, you can secure it with an initial deposit, followed by flexible payment options. We handle all documentation and legal processes to ensure a smooth transfer of ownership.
What payment options are available for investors?
We offer flexible payment options including initial deposits with installment plans, full payment discounts, and custom financing solutions. For diaspora investors, we have special arrangements to facilitate international transactions and ensure a smooth investment process regardless of your location.
What documentation will I receive after purchase?
Upon completing your payment, you will receive comprehensive documentation including a Deed of Assignment, Survey Plan, and Receipt of Payment.
